With over 20 years experience in the entertainment industry, developing, producing and line producing successful independent films, Cassidy opened Red Clay Studios, a production company and sound stage facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma in 2021. Cassidy produced her first film that sold to Paramount Vantage in 2006 and has since produced over 35 films. From 2009-2011 she was the creative/production executive for Capitol Films overseeing development and production for films in the range of five to 50 million dollars. From 2015-2020 Cassidy joined Astronauts Wanted, a joint venture of Sony Television and Judy McGrath, as senior vice president of development and production. Since opening their doors in May 2021, Red Clay Studios has completed three films and is in active development on two Sony, faith-based series and a fourth feature film.
